I spearheaded the social media transformation of Volkshilfe Wien, the Viennese branch of Volkshilfe (an Austrian NGO with over 9,000 employees), by developing a modern content strategy focused on value-driven communication that showcased their expertise in social politics.
My goal was to simplify complex social work topics into accessible content that would help the public understand their commitment to social issues.
To strengthen Volkshilfe Wien’s authority, I integrated statistics, studies, and trends while unifying branding across social media channels. I also created Canva templates and streamlined processes for efficient and consistent content production.
